Welcome to Day 1 of my September Sweet Treats Giveaway! Our featured book today is my Trinity Lakes Romance book – Never Find Another You – and there’s a BONUS GIVEAWAY connected to this post (see below for how to enter the Grand Prize and my Bonus Giveaway).
Let’s talk about sweet treats we can indulge in while reading Never Find Another You.
We begin our September Sweet Treats journey with Hannah and Joel in Trinity Lakes. Hannah’s sister, Becky, is a barista who owns a coffee cart that she operates most mornings near the lake. Hannah and Joel love Becky’s coffee and delicious cinnamon rolls.
For our sweet treat today, we’ll enjoy a mid-morning latte and cinnamon roll with Hannah and Joel. Or, you can select a different drink and/or bakery snack from Becky’s coffee cart if you’re not a fan of coffee and cinnamon rolls.
Here’s the book description for Hannah and Joel’s romance story in NEVER FIND ANOTHER YOU:
Her heart belongs in Trinity Lakes.
Hannah Gilbertson has deep roots in her small East Washington home town, including a lake named after her family. Sporty and hard working, she loves running the rowing club and supporting the town’s water recreation tourism. She’s determined to avoid dating and becoming entangled in her mother’s matchmaking schemes, and she wants to prove to her successful father that she’s worthy of carrying on his legacy.
Joel Manning left behind his life in Sydney, Australia, and a broken heart, to start over in Trinity Lakes. A tiler by trade, he’s embarking on a year long working vacation adventure, and he’s not looking for love.
The handsome Aussie captures Hannah’s interest when she hires him to do repair work at her rowing club. Joel is drawn to the beautiful American, and values spending time with her. Their shared faith and love for kayaking lays the foundation for their friendship to become something more.
A shocking secret combined with family upheaval leads to more questions than answers, and threatens to push Joel and Hannah apart to faraway shores. Can their love overcome the miles between them?
A fish out of water, opposites attract, small town contemporary Christian romance. Visit Trinity Lakes and meet the fun and quirky characters who value family, faith, and happily-ever-after.
Never Find Another You introduces the Trinity Lakes Romance story world and includes side characters who will appear in later books in the series, for example Hannah’s friends Tabby and Leah who go to book club. Learn more about the land zoning mystery in Tabby and Logan’s story (Always By My Side) and discover a few interesting Gilbertson family connections in Hallie and Josh’s story (Where Our Hearts Lie).
Trinity Lakes Romance series can be read as standalone Christian contemporary romances. For a richer reading experience, and the opportunity to learn more about the characters who appear in multiple books, I’d recommend reading the series in order. The ebooks are available for your reading pleasure in Kindle Unlimited.

Sounds like a good book! Thank you for the opportunity!
Hi Joannie, You’re welcome 🙂
I remember the coffee cart. I am not sure I would get a drink as I don’t drink hot drinks but a cream bun or finger bun would be nice.
Hi Jenny, You could definitely choose a cool drink option. Iced chocolate (or chocolate milk) would work for me with a pastry. It’s a while since I’ve indulged in a cream bun. Finger buns are always good. 🙂
Hello 🙂 Love coffee and cinnamon rolls ☕🥐
Hi Ana, yes! I’m drinking my morning coffee and thinking about how nice it would be to have a cinnamon roll as well. 😊
This book sounds absolutely captivating! I’m so intrigued by the plot and the characters. I can’t wait to see how the story unfolds and if the love between the two protagonists will overcome all the challenges they face. 😊

Hi Julie, I hope you’ll have a chance to read my book. 😊
I would love to read this book. This sounds like such a sweet story and I am dying to know what the secret is. I am not familiar with coffee carts? They may have them in downtown Charleston, SC where I live, but I don’t like the city.
Hi Audrey, I hope you’ll have an opportunity to read my book. 😊 Coffee carts are popular where I live in the city. I have seen a few in the country as well. It’s not unusual here to see food trucks operating in parking lots at the mall as well as parks, sporting grounds, and places where large groups of people are gathering.
This sounds like a great book! I do love cinnamon rolls and coffee.
Hi Kathy, yes! I’d love coffee and cinnamon rolls, too. I hope you’ll have an opportunity to read my book. 😊

Cinnamon rolls sound good, Bridgette S. USA.
Hi Bridgette, yes, I love cinnamon rolls. 😊
I’m looking forward to reading these books! My take on “Novellas” is that they’re like icing on a cake when the author has inspiration to “add” to a previously completed series! 😀 Especially Christmas ones that let us know how all the characters are doing (e.g. babies or grandchildren; weddings if the series ended with an engagement, etc.) Thanks for the opportunity to participate in your book giveaway! (Yes, I live in the USA)
Hi Heidi, You’re welcome and I hope you’ll have a chance to read the series. Christmas novellas are fun, especially at this time of year. 😊
I just love the title of this book!
